A New Initiative Supporting Those Who Lost Homes in the LA Fires
In response to the devastating fires that swept through Los Angeles, A Sense of Home (ASOH) launched Home Bank LA, a new initiative to support survivors of the LA fires who have lost everything. With a decade of experience in creating first-ever homes for youth aging out of foster care, ASOH is leveraging its expertise, partner network, and proprietary digital infrastructure to serve the LA community during this critical time.
Home Bank LA will offer survivors comprehensive home kits, which include essential home items to ensure that families and individuals can move forward with dignity and comfort. Each home kit includes over 330 items, such as furniture, kitchenware, bedding, cleaning supplies, health and hygiene products, and other household necessities.
